Daily Exercise Program

3. Strength Training (15-20 minutes)

  • Ankle pumps: 2 sets of 15 repetitions
  • Seated leg lifts: 2 sets of 10 per leg

4. Walking Program

  • Start with 5-10 minutes
  • Gradually increase to 30 minutes
