Required Materials

• Full-length mirror
• Hand mirror
• Bright lighting
• Hair dryer (optional, for scalp examination)
• Body mapping chart (optional)

Examination Steps

1. Prepare the Environment

• Choose a well-lit room
• Position yourself near the full-length mirror
• Have your hand mirror ready

2. Systematic Body Check

Front Examination

1. Face and neck
2. Chest and abdomen
3. Arms and hands (including between fingers)
4. Front of legs and feet

Back Examination

1. Use hand mirror to check:
   • Back of neck
   • Upper and lower back
   • Buttocks
   • Back of legs

Detailed Areas
